osCommerce Online Merchant v3.0 released

osCommerce V3.0 is now released. Many detractors felt the day would never come. Others who have upgraded to V2.3 might think it came too soon. But what does it mean if you are running a V2 store?
Quick answer is nothing really.  osCommerce has always been a core eCommerce solution on which to build your own unique store. If you have done that then all you need to do if keep upgrading it in line with technology changes and your own individual needs.  You don’t have to upgrade to V3.0.
