Who we support

We have covered all versions of osCommerce including MS 2.1 and MS2.2, heavily customized sites, loaded sites such as CRE Loaded, osCMax and many other private loaded versions as well as the ubiquitous template monster coded sites. We've seen a lot of pretty bad code and sometimes some pretty clever code. We've never been asked to do a job we could not do. Basically we deliver!

While some support jobs are one-off, most of our customers are long term support customers. Some people we only hear of now and again whereas other are actively improving their site every month. We don't mind which you are.

Hosting

Contributions

We are familiar with most osCommerce contributions. Our team regularly submits patches to contributions and we have now and again contributed new ones. Our company policy is for team members to decide for themselves if they wish to contribute.

If you have a particular contribution you want installed then we will look at its suitability and advise you if we think there is a better way to do it.

Most contributions are not simple plug and play. We hand code all changes to ensure a defect free result. All changes are tested. For large changes, we do independent testing i.e. someone other than the programmer tests the change.<\p>

Custom Code

We are programmers. Not just osCommerce contribution installers. Being php and MySQL experts and can change osCommerce to do anything. We have customized many sites as well as having done fully custom php sites.

Designs

We have a team of 3 designers all with different styles. We can develop a custom design for your site. Or if you have a design already we can integrate it into osCommerce. We can work off layered Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator files as well as HTML. We prefer to hand code designs but we can also work with template systems such as BTS, STS and SMARTY.

Quotes

We quote on a fixed price basis for all jobs. Our prices include full life cycle costs as in requirements analysis, design, programming, testing, implementation and training. Large jobs usually entail all phases. Small jobs usually cover just programming, testing and implementation. We tell you how much before we do the job. We very rarely increase the price and if there is any possibility of increased costs you are advised beforehand and as soon as we know it will happen we seek your agreement.

Sometimes due to the nature of the changes, we cannot work on your live site. If you do not have a test site, then we include in our quote the cost of creating one.
