ozEworks undertakes its projects a using formal project framework including project management and software development methodologies.
When a project commences, a Project Brief is developed to explain to the team what the project is about and what it is to be achieved. The brief is reviewed with the Project Manager and an outline schedule prepared covering Design, Development, Site Testing, User Acceptance Testing.
The Project Manager then enters the Project and all tasks into our Project Management tool. The project team then commence work.
Clients are sent weekly email status updates. We keep them brief. No news is good news.
Sites are developed offline on one of our development servers. When ready for testing they are loaded to our online test server. It can be accessed here at ozEworks.net. You can read more about movement through the stages there.
