Websites are all about engagement, assurance and conversion. We can review your site with a view to improving its conversion performance.
Approach
We review your site with the intention of redesigning it in terms of both graphics, user interface and functionality. The outcome will be a design concept with a description of additional functionality that would be required to support that design. We may also recommend additional Administrative functionality to assist conversion.
Scope
Our focus is graphic design, user interface and work flow. We do not look at the SEO aspects of the site.
Methodology
To develop the Site Design strategy we look at:
- Your business objectives
- Your target demographic
- Your site and its perceived competition (up to 5 sites)
- Your catalog structure
- Current site workflow
- Known site issues
- Current performance indicators including traffic and sales statistics.
We will require input from you in relation to all the above. We will also need access to your site administration, web hosting panel, site code and Google Analytics account, if you have one.
We provide a report that covers:
- Review Findings
- Proposed new design including home, and product pages
- List of new functionality to support the new design
- List of catalog/data changes requires to support the new design.
In support of the report, we will provide a quote to undertake the recommended changes. However, please note, you are not locked into using our services to implement the recommendations of the report.
Note that we do not necessarily recommend huge design changes. Site with repeat customers need to take into consideration the comfort factor repeat custmers have with the site and the impact that changes might have. In that regard should considerable changes be recommended we might sometimes suggest they be phased in.

The cost to prepare a Site Review is site dependent. Costs start from $1500.
Turn-around time is around 15 days, although it can be longer if we need to put in place any tracking mechanisms to gather data.
We deliver the report in draft format so you can read it and ask any questions. We will then make agreed updates to the report to finalize it. After that, it’s all systems go to an upgraded site!
