(*)Upgrades

If your site cannot be automatically upgraded then a manual upgrade needs to be performed.  A manual upgrade normally takes about 2 hours.  This does not take into account the effort to upgrade plugins or themes, should they also require upgrading to work with the new version of WordPress.   We will advise you at the time of each upgrade if a manual upgrade is required and if there is extra work that will need to be done.  Please note we only upgrade when there is a benefit to doing so e.g. security patch or functionality improvement.  You can expect an upgrade to occur around once per quarter at most. Average costs for manual upgrade are $150 for sites with less than 10 plugins.

Support:

We handle all hosting issues. When you cannot get in contact with us and the matter is urgent then raise a ticket on the HostDime HelpDesk. Note in your ticket you are using an ozEworks dedicated server.
