Since you came on board and redesigned our website in December 2006 we have noticed an increase in business to the tune of 114% over last year. Furthermore, in June we implemented some of your suggestions such as installing the toll free 800 number and seen a further increase of 212% since that point (6 months). This gets even better……in the last quarter of 2008, due to further advice, and a bit of persistence from Kym, we have seen an increase of over 500% in that three month period with an astounding 912% percent increase in December alone. By any stretch, this turn around and redirection has been a remarkable storyline. I am proud to say that this was not simply a “Christmas bounce” either as January looks to be as busy as December. Kym’s a keeper!

Acuatlanta – Chinese herbs and supplements

We have been working with ozEworks for over 4 years.  They started out managing our www.AcuAtlanta.net store undertaking some major upgrades. They then developed our www.FertilityNow.net which has custom Basal Body Temperature Charting module developed by ozEworks.

In 2007, ozEworks did a complete SEO analysis of AcuAtlanta.net and this has resulted in more traffic to the site and, more importantly, improved sales conversions. In 2008, we’re did another round of SEO and again we got increased sales!  In 2009, we did it again and again increased sales.

In 2010, we got them to completely redesign the site.  Our sales increased by over 40%.  It was hard to believe but the numbers don’t lie.  We’re not stopping there.  Now we looking at another SEO phase …

ozEworks redeveloped our site after we made a decision to move away from a costly rent by the month solution. They did a wonderful job.

They then worked with us in implementing the advice of an SEO company with whom we’d been working with for some time. Being the true professional that she is, Kym gave us her feedback on some of their recommendations which she felt would not be in our best interests. When we found her advice to be true, we asked her to take on the SEO of our site.

She explained that ozEworks does not operate like other SEO companies who tend to make you dependent on them forever more in terms of optimizing the site. That she sets an overall SEO Strategy and coaches you in how to implement it. She explained ozEworks only does the technical changes – we had to do the content under her supervision. So we’d have to have someone on board who could learn to write optimized content. We actually liked that idea.

So Kym then prepared an SEO Strategy for us and coached us in its implementation. The results were well beyond our expectations. Sales are way up. I told her “You really need to start advertising this service. I would heavily endorse it.”.

YourWaterBirth – USA distributor of La Bassine

I thought I should let you know that I just created my 400th Midwife Account on my/our site. WOW!  To think that I had only 7 midwives on the old site. What a testimonial to the functionality of this new and wonderful web site you built for me.

I have been doing some state by state e-promoting of the site to midwives and It is paying off with about 10 new midwives a month coming on board.  With individual sales being smaller the key is to increase traffic and number of sales on the site to maintain growth. So far, this year is looking bigger than last year and I hope and pray to maintain this trend.

Again, thank you for your support and attention to my site. Coming to you has been, by far, the best business decision (besides my distributorship for La Bassine) I have made to date.
