(*)Upgrades

If your site cannot be automatically upgraded then a manual upgrade needs to be performed.  A manual upgrade normally takes about 2 hours.  This does not take into account the effort to upgrade plugins or themes, should they also require upgrading to work with the new version of WordPress.   We will advise you at the time of each upgrade if a manual upgrade is required and if there is extra work that will need to be done.  Please note we only upgrade when there is a benefit to doing so e.g. security patch or functionality improvement.  You can expect an upgrade to occur around once per quarter at most. Average costs for manual upgrade are $150 for sites with less than 5 plugins.

Fees:

Payments are made quarterly in advance.

Overdue hosting fees will risk account suspension followed by account termination. You will be notified prior to each event. Should your account be terminated, ozEworks is under no obligation to provide you with a copy of your account files.
