• optimization of databases

• purging of audit trails such as user tracking, old database backups.

Support:

ozEworks undertakes first and second line hosting support.  You MUST log a Ticket with ozEworks for any hosting issue. In the event, we do not respond within 30 minutes and the matter is urgent then you can proceed to contact HostDime.

Fees:

• Hosting $35 per month per domain, paid quarterly in advance
• Quarterly PCI Compliance Fee, when using third party scanning services, $75 per quarter
• SSL including dedicated IP address $75 per annum; Wildcard Certificates incur an additional cost.
• Site Transfer from $150 depending on site size

Overdue hosting fees will risk account suspension followed by account termination. You will be notified prior to each event. Should your account be terminated, ozEworks is under no obligation to provide you with a copy of your account files.
