If you use a PCI Compliance vendor such as Security Metrics then assistance in passing their quarterly scans is a billable service. In general, this assistance covers responding to scan reports, producing evidence of  server patches, changing settings on the server or making changes to your site code to satisfy their specific needs.

In addition if you require our assistance in completing your self-assessment questionnaire then this is also a billable service.
