If you need hosting support then you need to log a Ticket with ozEworks Hosting Department.  If we have not responded within 30 minutes, then please contact HostDime.

Once you have logged a ticket then call them.

HelpDesk

If you cannot phone them, you can log a Ticket on their HelpDesk

  1. Go to the HostDime Help Desk
  2. Register.
  3. Submit a Ticket.
  4. Make sure you note you are on a Dedicated Server owned by ozEworks.

Online Chat

If you cannot phone them you can try using their online chat. Again advise them you are on a serverd owned by ozEworks.

If they ask then advise them, they have the latest server password on file.
