Since you came on board and redesigned our website in December 2006 we have noticed an increase in business to the tune of 114% over last year.
Furthermore, in June we implemented some of your suggestions such as installing the toll free 800 number and seen a further increase of 212% since that point (6 months).
This gets even better......in the last quarter of our year, due to further advice, and a bit of persistence from Kym, we have seen an increase of over 500% in that three month period with an astounding 912% percent increase in December alone.
By any stretch, this turn around and redirection has been a remarkable storyline. I am proud to say that this was not simply a "Christmas bounce" either as January looks to be as busy as December.
