8:30 AM to 2:30 PM     Mondays to Fridays
8:30 PM to 11:30 PM   Mondays to Thursdays
8:30 AM to 11:30 AM   Saturdays

We answer the phone 24 hours but unless it is an emergency we prefer people to keep to those hours for phone calls.

Support and Warranty: Please contact Support if you have a hosting issue or you have other issues covered by a paid support agreement with us. Do not contact Support if you do not have an existing hosting or support agreement with us as they are not authorized to take any action other than to redirect your inquiry to the correct channels.  Please contact Sales.
