osCommerce USPS Methods Add On Effected By Rate Increase

USPS increased rates today but unfortunately in doing so they (again) changed the names of various services which means the osCommerce USPS Methods Add On is not calculating correctly.  If you use USPS Shipping, you need to check that your site and take action if you are effected.

    First-Class Mail International Large Envelope

    So it appears International shipping has been effected.
