Anyone see the flaw?

1/5th of respondents is only 110 people so round down to 100 and those precentages become people.

46 people said high shipping charges etc.

46 people out of 553 is only 8.3% and the rest are obviously lower.

So the bottom line on cart abandonment is probably that it is human nature. Offline it is window shopping. Online it is cart abandonment.

Regardless, it is still best practice to ask the customer "do you need any assistence" and cart management is one way to do that.
